Real Property Assessment Appeal Form

Use this online form to appeal your assessment notice within 45 days of the notice date.

If you received an assessment notice and feel the Total New Market Value on your notice does not reflect the market value of your property, you may use this form to file an appeal. You may also request information on your property from the State Department of Assessments and Taxation. You cannot use this form to file an appeal for property that you do not own.
